These Terms of Service govern the use of Peachy Management’s social media management services.

Peachy Management provides content planning, scheduling, publishing, and reporting services for social media accounts owned by its clients. Clients explicitly authorize Peachy to access and manage their social media accounts through third-party platforms, including Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and X (formerly Twitter), using OAuth authentication.

Peachy acts solely as an agent on behalf of its clients. All content published through Peachy’s systems is reviewed and approved by the client prior to posting. Clients remain fully responsible for the content, accuracy, and legality of posts published to their accounts.

Access to third-party platforms may be revoked by the client at any time through the platform’s account settings. Peachy may suspend or terminate services if access is revoked, credentials are invalidated, or these terms are violated.

Peachy Management provides services on an “as-is” basis and does not guarantee availability, performance, or reach on third-party platforms, which are subject to change outside of Peachy’s control.
